Team Growth and Strengths Development

Team development, from sports teams to executive leadership, is the ability for gifted individuals to come together, valuing one's internal strengths while appreciating and valuing those strengths others bring to achieve a shared goal or goals. The focus in team development starts at the individual level to form a foundation on which understanding and appreciation of self and others start. Once this is achieved, activities are directed into defining and articulating formal and informal roles, identifying and defining areas of success and the barriers to success individually and in a team or organizational setting, and developing strategies and tactics to sustain long-term success and accountability.
